Privacy Policy
This notice explains how we handle personal information when you visit our company website or contact us about a project.
Last updated: 13 October 2026Who we are and what this covers
FA CREATIVE & TECHNOLOGIES LTD is the controller of the personal information described here. Our company and contact details appear below. This notice covers our company website and related business enquiries.
Our portfolio links to separate products, including Ember and Pubb, with their own privacy notices. Client projects may also have separate agreements and data-processing terms. Browsing this website does not create an account in those products.
Information we handle
- Website request information: IP address, requested URL, request time, browser headers and response status may be processed by hosting and network-security systems to deliver and protect the website.
- Cookie preferences: your essential and analytics choices, date, expiry and policy version are saved in your browser.
- Optional analytics: with your consent, Google Analytics receives visit and page-view information, browser and device details, cookie identifiers and related technical information. No Google tag is loaded before consent.
- Enquiries and correspondence: your name, contact details, organisation, project description and other information you choose to send us.
Contacting us by email
Our email links open your email application. This website has no enquiry form and does not automatically send a message or store an enquiry in a website database. We receive the information you choose to send when you email us. Your email provider processes drafts and messages under its own terms.
Please avoid including sensitive personal information, credentials or confidential third-party data in an initial enquiry. We do not send your email correspondence to Google Analytics. Our page-view implementation strips URL query strings and fragments and measures only the public company and policy pages.
Purposes and lawful bases
- Delivering and protecting the website: our legitimate interests in operating a reliable website, diagnosing errors and preventing abuse.
- Answering general enquiries: our legitimate interests in communicating with people who contact our business.
- Discussing a requested project or providing agreed services: taking steps at your request before a contract or performing a contract, where applicable.
- Remembering your cookie choice: our legitimate interests in providing the preference-management function you request and respecting your choice.
- Optional analytics: your consent. You can refuse or withdraw it through Cookie settings.
- Required records and disclosures: compliance with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use this website to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you by automated means. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Cookies and Google Analytics
Read our Cookie Policy for the storage names, purposes, lifetimes and preference controls. Analytics is optional. Refusing it does not stop you reading the website or contacting us.
When enabled with your permission, Google Analytics helps us understand website use. Google processes technical information as described in its information about partner websites and Privacy Policy. We disable advertising consent, Google Signals and advertising personalisation signals in our tag configuration. Fonts are hosted with our website rather than fetched from a third-party font service.
Recipients and international processing
Cloudflare provides our website hosting, content delivery and network security through Cloudflare Pages. It processes network request information, including IP addresses and browser headers, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing.
Information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, network delivery, security, email and business administration, and by Google when you choose analytics. We share information with advisers or authorities where needed to comply with a legal obligation, establish or defend legal claims, or protect against unlawful activity.
Providers may process information outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where UK data-protection law requires a safeguard, transfers must be covered by an applicable adequacy regulation or an appropriate contractual safeguard, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, as applicable. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your information.
How long information is kept
The cookie preference is valid for 180 days. Our Google Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days. You can remove them sooner through Cookie settings or your browser controls.
We retain enquiries, correspondence and business records only for as long as needed to answer you, manage the relationship, resolve disputes and meet legal record-keeping requirements. Technical logs are retained according to operational and security needs. The period depends on the information, its purpose and any ongoing legal obligation.
Analytics event and report retention is controlled separately in the Google Analytics property and is not determined by the cookie lifetime. Contact us for information about the retention settings that apply to your enquiry. Withdrawing cookie consent prevents future analytics collection but does not automatically delete earlier analytics records.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction, or a portable copy. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Contact us using the details below. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity and understand the request. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data-protection authority.

Links to partner or portfolio websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. This notice does not govern them. We update this notice when our information practices change; the date above identifies the latest version.
